How To Recover Lost/Deleted Pictures
March 23, 2010I watch a weekly video tutorial/blog called D-Town TV, hosted by American photographer Scott Kelby and Photoshop guru Matt Kloskowski. This week’s episode was about how to recover pictures from your memory card that were either corrupt or deleted.
I’ve never tried these programs but there’s a free trial so maybe it’s worth a try.
Other tips from the episode:
- Format your memory card after you’ve uploaded the photos to your computer/hard drive. Don’t just delete photos manually…format the card!
- Don’t fill up your card to the fullest. Leave at least 1 or 2 shots left on the card. Then upload the photos or use a different card.
